Product Introduction:
DSR-5040B is an anionic polycarboxylate sodium salt dispersant, which is suitable for the dispersion of inorganic pigments. It has high dispersion efficiency, stable dispersion, high cost-effectiveness, and strong versatility; The latex paint prepared with this dispersant has good viscosity stability, and the coating will not experience water separation or coarsening after standing, providing long-term storage stability for the coating; Widely used in water-based coating systems, it has good wetting and dispersing effects on pigments and fillers such as kaolin, talc powder, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, etc.

Application and Usage:
DSR-5040B should be added before the powder, and it is recommended to add DSR-5040 in an amount of 0.1% -2.0% of the coating mass (solid content/solid content).
DSR-5040B has excellent dispersibility, low addition amount, can quickly reduce the initial viscosity of coating slurry, and has long-term stability. Due to its ability to effectively disperse pigments and fillers, the coating has no floating color or color spots, and has good color development. Can be used in combination with active pigments such as zinc oxide; Less foam; Good scrub resistance.
Scope of use:
Coatings and Ink Industry
Application: Prevent sedimentation and flocculation of pigments (such as titanium dioxide and carbon black), improve coloring power and stability.
Applicable system:
Water based coatings, solvent based coatings.
Printing ink, UV ink.
