Product Description

DSR-8299 is a non-ionic hydrophobic modified polyurethane rheology agent that can replace Haimingsi 299 thickener in equal amounts. It also has excellent flow leveling properties, endowing water-based coatings with excellent rheological properties, high gloss, high hardness and fullness of the paint film; Has excellent brush resistance, splash resistance, water resistance, and water separation resistance; This product has low foaming ability, good film-forming ability, high transparency, and does not cause defects such as fogging. Application and Usage:
DSR-8299 is recommended to be added in an amount of 0.05-5.0%. After dilution, slowly add and disperse at high speed while stirring; It is recommended to add lotion before adding it to obtain high gloss presentation, and the dosage should be properly adjusted according to the viscosity requirements of the product.
DSR-8299 is designed for a wide range of coating formulations and can be used to formulate interior and exterior wall coatings ranging from matte to high gloss. It has excellent performance in systems such as acrylic, polyurethane, and epoxy, and is particularly suitable for high gloss and high hardness surface finishing systems. It has a wide range of applications in water-based industrial paints, does not cause defects such as fogging, and provides good film fullness and leveling.
DSR-8299 has good formula compatibility with cellulose thickeners and alkali swelling thickeners, and can be freely combined with cellulose thickeners and alkali swelling thickeners.
